Welcome to the official Music in the Pines website – and thanks to everyone who has supported Wrightwood’s summer concert series.
SPECIAL NOTE FROM FESTIVAL FOUNDER DAN CAMPBELL:
It is time for a new purpose for the Music Festival. In the past 8 years I have attempted to provide the Wrightwood community with great free summer music and your donations have been essential to this effort. In the last couple of years, I have felt the need to make this effort more than just "Music in the Pines." I need purpose! SO, the National M.S. Society will benefit from my efforts. Knowing this disease, I feel we can provide awareness and support from our little town. My goal is to send $5000 dollars in donations, from the festival, to the National M.S. Society. This will be a major effort, as well as putting on the Thursday night concert series, in July and August. If you have a club or group that would like to assist, please let me know.

Dan Campbell started this festival in 2005 to give the people of Wrightwood a summer music event in the evenings, provide free quality entertainment in a mountain setting, showcase new styles of music not usually seen in the regular venues in town, and give everyone a reason to get out and have a great time with friends without leaving the hill. Remember to express your appreciation to supporters of our local music scene. Look for these posters around town:
